These terms apply to your use of SpinWheelGe (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. The service

SpinWheelGe provides free online spinning wheels, random pickers and related tools. We may add, change or remove features at any time. The core tools are free, and we don't require an account.

2. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Site to break any law, including contest, sweepstakes, lottery and gambling laws in your state, province or country.
• Don't put unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content in wheels you share with others.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale or reverse-engineer the Site or its APIs.
• Don't use the Site to make decisions where a random result could cause harm, such as medical, legal, safety or financial decisions.

3. Giveaways, contests and prize wheels

If you use the Site to run a giveaway, raffle or prize promotion, you are the organizer and are solely responsible for the rules, eligibility, prize fulfillment, platform policies and legal compliance. SpinWheelGe isn't a sponsor of your promotion. Platform names such as YouTube are trademarks of their owners, and we aren't affiliated with or endorsed by them.

4. Your content

You own the entries, images and other content you add. Because it's stored in your browser, you're responsible for backing it up (for example, by exporting JSON). When you share a link, you confirm you have the right to share its contents.

5. Our content

The Site's design, code, text, templates and logo belong to SpinWheelGe. You may use templates and results freely, including in classrooms, streams and commercial events, but may not copy the Site itself.

6. Randomness and results

We use cryptographically secure randomness and test our selection code, but the Site is provided for convenience and entertainment. We don't guarantee any particular outcome and aren't responsible for decisions you make based on a result.

7. Advertising and third parties

The Site shows ads from Google AdSense and links to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for third-party content, products or practices. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies and your choices.

8. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinWheelGe won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
